This 2020 Rolex GMT-Master II reference 126711CHNR brings warmth and refinement to the dual-time-zone tool watch, earning its “Rootbeer” nickname from the brown and black two-color Cerachrom bezel insert. The 40mm case combines Oystersteel with 18K Everose gold, Rolex’s proprietary rose gold alloy formulated to resist fading over decades of wear. The brown dial is fitted with gold hour markers and a matching GMT hand, creating a cohesive warm-toned aesthetic that stands apart from the brand’s more common blue, black, and red bezel color schemes. Functionally, the watch retains everything that makes the GMT-Master II a genuine travel tool, including an independently adjustable local hour hand and a bidirectional bezel for tracking a third time zone. Inside is the automatic caliber 3285, offering approximately 70 hours of power reserve and Rolex’s Chronergy escapement for improved efficiency.
