If a watch you purchase from us is found not to be authentic, we will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus any shipping and insurance costs you paid.

We make every effort to verify the authenticity of each watch, sometimes relying on outside experts, but we recognize that mistakes can occasionally happen. In that event, we reserve the right to correct the error, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
How To Make a Claim:
Please contact us through our Contact Us page to start a claim. We’ll walk you through our authenticity guarantee and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return. Items must be returned within 30 days of the RMA being issued.

Once you have an RMA number, please follow these steps to receive credit for your return:

1. Re-pack your watch in its original packaging and shipping box.
2. Follow the return shipping instructions we send you by email.

We’ll then re-authenticate the watch or item in question. If it’s found not to be authentic, we’ll refund 100% of the purchase price. If a specific part is found not to be authentic, we may instead replace that part to restore the watch to full authenticity.
Resolution:
We will take the necessary steps to re-authenticate the watch or item in question.
