Pre-owned Rolex Submariner ref 16610 (2003 – 2005) was the last stainless steel Submariner to feature an aluminum bezel. It also sports the older-style, pre-super case with a smaller crown guard and thinner lugs. Its design is modern yet somewhat nostalgic, which is why so many avid Rolex collectors strive to own one. Ref. 16610 boasts every modern amenity afforded to the famous dive watch collection, including water resistance up to 300 meters, scratch-resistant sapphire, a high-beat movement, and a uni-directional time-lapse bezel. The example you see here was produced in the 2000s and features a no-holes case, Super-LumiNova, and the famous green anniversary “Kermit” bezel. It looks sharp on land or while diving.
